This card is made using a portion of a much larger Penny Black image - I chose to highlight the part of the image showing the girl reaching for the stars by cutting out that section with a Spellbinders circle die. The words (anther Penny Black image) are also cut out with another die and I added the 3rd circle for balance and used 2 Spellbinders stars in coordinating yellow colors. The background layer is embossed with a Cuttlebug embossing folder. The little girl is stamped with VersaFine ink and colored with Staedtler watercolor pencils and a Dove blender pen. The words are stamped with Ranger Wild Plum Adirondack dye ink.
