The background piece on this card was created by doing a cross-hatch pattern with a Scor-Pal, then putting little pearl dots with a Viva Decor Cream Pearl Pen. This is a very economical way to get a great effect! The stamp is by Lockhart Stamp Company and is colored with Prismacolor pencils. A couple layers of Spellbinders circles, some nice ribbon by Midori and you have a great card!
