Little Mimi is a mermaid and swimming with some of her little friends! It's always nice to think about sun and warm in the middle of winter - even though our winter here has been pretty wimpy. I stamped Mimi with black Memento ink and colored her with Copic markers - lots of them! I layered her to some Tink Pink Bazzill cardstock, then to some BoBunny Double Dot. I pie cut out the waves and added those over the top, then stamped a happy birthday saying and punched it out with a circle punch.
